My travel purpose was to explore the city and relax, and I stayed for a week. From the moment I arrived, Cristina made me feel incredibly welcome, going above and beyond by providing breakfast the night before my early departure. The hotel is family-owned and has a great two-star standard. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good AC and reliable Wi-Fi. I highly recommend this hotel for its friendly service and convenient amenities.
Totally recommend this hotel.

What a pleasant surprise! We stayed at a hotel during Christmas and it exceeded our expectations. the rooms were very clean and comfortable, with spacious and cozy beds. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even accommodating our late check-in. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the town center, but in a quiet area away from the noise. We also loved the fact that there were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby to explore. Plus, the free wifi was a great bonus!
Although the hotel was fantastic overall, there were a couple of drawbacks. the rooms were on the smaller side and lacked a view, which was a bit disappointing.

They were accommodating with our late check-in and arranged everything for us to stay an additional night without having to change rooms. the staff also helped us get breakfast early in the morning before we had to leave. We were given a key to the main door entrance, allowing us to come and go as we pleased. the service provided by Christina, Sarah, and Elizabeth was fantastic.
Felt fine, no complaints at all.

It was slow and unreliable, often dropping or not working at all. This was quite frustrating, especially when trying to stay connected or get work done.
